My name is Patrick Hüsler and I am the founder and owner of huesler informatik. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Systems and Informatics from the Zurich University of
Applied Sciences in Winterthur, Switzerland. I have worked as a software developer since 2006.

I love computers, especially the creation of great software. This involves not only the writing of programs, but also the methodologies to improve the process of software development as such. I take great pleasure in learning new technologies or programming languages and to keep up with the latest news on software development. Currently I am looking into iPhone programming and scripted GUI testing.

Apart from my computer skills, I have experience in several different areas of expertise. Before I studied informatics, I’ve completed a 3 year trainee program to become a certified commercial clerk and have founded and managed a company that offers students the opportunity to earn extra money and gain valuable experience by providing high quality IT support for small companies.

When not working on something computer related, I practice the art of Kung Fu as often as I can. Whenever I find the time, I like to go surfing or snowboarding and of course travel the world. My last trip was to India and the next one will probably be to New Zealand.
